We offer a 30-day return policy for boots in unworn, brand-new condition with original packaging. If you need a different size, we provide free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Are Redback boots waterproof?

Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, Redback Boots are covered against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
How should I care for my leather boots?
To extend the life of your boots, clean them with a damp cloth to remove dirt and apply a silicon-based leather conditioner regularly. Avoid drying them near direct heat sources, as this can cause the leather to crack.
